Thank you for choosing XAX Jewelry. All prices on our site are listed in USD.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada. For other destinations, please email help@xaxjewelry.com before placing your order.


2. Delivery Timeline

Total delivery time consists of two parts:

  1. Order processing — 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri) after payment confirmation. Each piece is inspected and packed in a discreet outer box (no jewelry branding visible) for in-transit security.
  2. Transit time — see Section 3 below.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility.

Transit time is counted in business days from carrier pickup, not from the order date. Estimates are based on historical performance and may be affected by customs clearance, weather, or carrier delays.


4. Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you when your parcel ships. If tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, please contact us.


5. Duties & Taxes

International orders (UK, AU, CA) may be subject to import duties or taxes assessed by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are collected by the carrier on delivery.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Every order is shipped fully insured at no extra cost.


7. Wrong Address & Cancellations

To correct a shipping address or cancel an order, email help@xaxjewelry.com within 12 hours of order placement. Once the parcel is with the carrier we cannot change the address. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will refund the order minus our outbound shipping cost.
